In terms of buttons, I made mine in Photoshop, though any art program will do. A free one that I reccomend is FireAlpaca. It's really neat and simple to use

i used ibispaint ! i animated it on pixel studio but ibispaint came out w an animation feature

Doubling FireAlpaca, that's what I use. After that, I put the frames together in EZGif

*if I'm making a gif or blinkie I make the individual frames in FA and then put it into EZGif, sent too early
