very intereting about bougainville... hey I was wondering, do you ever read about "micronations" and things like that?

@anoutsider Of course I did, I love micronations! When you get through all the UN countries you've made your homework, you know dependent and disputed territories, you're well informed, but micronations are the quirky realm of history that gets me humbled, there's so many stories of a bunch of people that wanted to make their own thing on a plot of land ^^

So cool to read your featured geographical places. FYI Spanish-language wikipedia states the name Tarifa comes from the isle of Tarif, whose name came from this guy: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tarif_ibn_Malik.
