whoa you have a lot of ambitious project ideas. as far as the old PC, you can probably find some floppy discs and cables on ebay.com. for the diacritics, I speak both English and Spanish and I created macros in my word processing software years ago (cannot remember if I was using MS Word or Libreoffice) where if I wrote mds it would auto-correct to más etc. It was a tedious way to deal with it though LOL

Macros cannot possibly include all the diacritics. For me I needed easy access to all diacritics while participating in worldbuilding RP and making maps, I really wished to have a simple way to write names of places in various made up languges. It's really discouraging to make up some fictional cities with fancy half vietnamese half lithuanian diacritics when you have to change the language of your keyboard

so yeah, the solution to write them on the phone by just holding a letter and quockly picking whatever auxillary letter is much better, I wish to have something like this on PC!

My old pc is not stored in my house so bringing it back to my house, figuring out where to put it, finding compatible screen (the og one burned inside) is not really possible right now, maybe in few years I'll have time for it lol

Also I really like the mixup of New York and Adelaide - so creative and interesting to wonder what it would be like to juxtapose two geographical settings. And.... thank you for the different themes, as I always prefer dark themes and you have a nice one
