I love the cinnamon amp post! I've been wanting to learn more about ee through making effects pedals, and I will probably put them in a cute little mint tin too. Thanks for giving me motivation to look into that again!

Thank you! I read through your whole microblog and I feel like we have a lot in common. Really interesting links, cool photography (I am recently starting to get into birdwatching myself), and excellent taste in books. many other updates in the last few weeks too. new pages: life clock, junk drawer, odds and ends. brought back the posts section and redesigned its layout. particularly proud of the life clock + odds and ends page!
i have also been digitizing and uploading my old handwritten book notes (this will take a while). and i updated the trail maps layout to accept segmented GPX files so I can annotate hikes with more granularity - you can see this in my latest hike around mt tam/john muir woods.
