Update II on the phone situation. Bummed a Lightning cable off of someone. It's charging, my moneys on either A: it was a fluke and my phone was just in a silly goofy mood, or B: it's only charging up to 50%

update on the phone situation. i plugged some earbuds in through the lightning dongle (yeah im an iphone user so what) and they wouldn't connect. my guess is that the port is fried and will need to be replaced.
