update on the phone situation. i plugged some earbuds in through the lightning dongle (yeah im an iphone user so what) and they wouldn't connect. my guess is that the port is fried and will need to be replaced.

might be going without a cellphone for a bit, it isn't holding a charge very well (it went from 48% to 19% while it was off and plugged in) and it isnt charging past 50%. but we're taking it to the AT&T store later.

u could name it something like pretty nifty games
