do both. Make seperate pages that are the current version of the website, and make the main website into the real website version

I agree with above - you can do both and keep Niftows a section of whatever page you decide to design.

so im starting a new project, neoapartments. it's gonna be a 21x5 grid, where everyone can submit one page. no extra pages, no redirects to your own site, (maybe a link or smth idk) just one page per cell. post on the feed of neoapartments on neocities if you're interested
