I don't understand why people don't want to join the patreon for literally $1 dollar. Literally the change on your drawer, I'm not worth it. This site isn't worth it. And that speaks to me volumes. I'm seriously considering shutting the magazine down. I'm burnt out, I have little to no material support, and I'm sick of the idea that everyone is waiting for me to have a lucky break. The left eats their own.

It is my belief that companies like itch.io would do the exact same thing—if and when payment processors demand they remove content that references Palestine, content that is anti-ICE, content that is pro-trans. If Visa and MasterCard said, "Sorry, you have to remove all references to trans people, that's Trump’s orders," they would do that, and they would do it in a heartbeat.

It does not escape me that those who speak the loudest about theory, about "revolutionary potential", about how "the time for revolution is not now, all we can do is read our books and share our youtube videos", have become the same media class that seeks to redirect our revolutionary energy towards imperialists like AOC. How many of your favorite streamers, speakers, and bluesky shills gave air to her rallies?

Hey! Thank you! I'm kinda crashing out because the job market has been extremely rough in my field and I had just landed a basic ass job at 7/11 and they hired to many people and literally had to let me go the second day I was at work. Been feeling so much pressure to make this website make money and it's not good for me or the project
Goddamn? The second day? That last sentence hits though because I keep trying to build up an art following so I can eventually make money off of it but I get like two followers in a year. Sucks lol
I want the magazine to be a platform for other artists too, like you should be able to send in some works to get promoted, but it all takes so much time
