updated the creative hub page to link to the comicfury webcomic i ended up making for my kirby gag comics as well as a section linking to my major fanfiction projects

Made a minor update to the real world section outlining how my grandparents have been doing since their house was destroyed by Helene. In short, things are looking very positive and they have plans to build a new house on a different section of their property that is farther away from the creek.
