I really love the subtle text-shadow effect on your headings. Your whole site's design is pleasing to me (I can actually read it!), but that little shadow is the cherry on top.

do you only run by time or do you track mileage as well? i've often thought of switching over to a time-based training bloc but i find it very hard to get away from mileage.
