Finally got the complex oc template done. Now i can properly work on all the oc pages. Added Mary C. up as the complex layout example! been working on it ALL day

finally making some progress on the OC pages. been meaning to start for ages but i just keep not doing it lmao. working on the framework rn and ill worry about making it pretty later
