I should make a blog. Not to reflect on my days like it was in the past but to do things other normal bloggers do (obsessively talk over my current interests). Is there an easy way to do it without copy-pasting the same boilerplate code over multiple pages? Can you, like, iframe it or something?

I can recommend the static site generator Jekyll. Doesn't require a backend and works perfectly with Neocities.
