new blog post! this is one is pretty long and vulnerable

I'll always be excited for the things you make! But I understand how hellish it can feel to come from a sort of creative background and sometimes just feeling like none of it happened and you just can't get a single line down on paper.

i used to be a frequent digital artist in my late teens, but now i'm lucky if i can even flesh out a sketch in a year. i remember trying to force myself to draw as often and as well as i used to, but that creative flow never came. i took that as a sign to take a break and focus on other creative hobbies, which i think helped build a healthier relationship with art. i hope you can eventually reexperience joy in art <3
