to be honest i favourited BIAC but not pulp fiction hehe but i can see why pulp fiction is a cult classic like the dialogue and concepts were really well executed RAHH

it's completely understandable to still feel heartbroken and this kind of thing takes some time to mend :( It sucks now but it will gradually get better and your friends are right, you do deserve someone who's willing to reciprocate the effort you put instead of someone who's just taking without giving back
