frutiger aero wasnt nearly as popular in the 2000s as people think.......most things people call 'frutiger aero' are just basic skeuomorphic design. just because something is a glossy gradient doesnt make it frutiger aero!!

@error-666 thank you!! they degrade and break apart due to erosion from uv exposure, wind, and wave action. as they break down, smaller and smaller animals eat them, passing them through the food chain. this causes animals to choke and starve due to eating plastic coated in toxic chemicals. :(

i honestly cant name a single brand that actually used frutiger aero design in their advertisements
literally the only things i remember from my childhood that would be considered frutiger aero today is the blue liquid and swimming fish in various items (mouse for pcs, and bathroom stuff), and the fish tank lamps. can't name any other things, i remember the 2000's to be more mcbling "trashy" stuff (as someone born in 1997)
