if you don't already, i really suggest using grid!! theres a lot of css grid generators online & my fav is layoutit.com!! GOOD LUCKKK :3

if u still need help with this use photopea and make an 88x31px project, then import ur photos and such and such, upload it to ur neocities dashboard, and then put the code for it somewhere on ur site so ppls can copy and paste it!!
