it's ok to take breaks and go at your own pace. i don't think that you need anything as large and conceptual as a "purpose" to enjoy life. what helps me lately is focusing on those tiny sparks of joy, even if they come from something stupid. 4 example, i like the way my keyboard sounds when i'm typing, and that's enough. in any case, i hope that you will feel better soon cheru. i hope something makes you smile today.
