added the paypal and cashapp links to the "make a difference" section so it's visible on more pages
I turned the cool shit section on the index into a javascript element similar to the one on the uncool shit page so I don't have to manually update the index as much when new interesting pages are added
taking the anti predator page out of the "cool shit" section so the way to access it is by accessing the hub of callout pages called "EVERYTHING IS FUCKED EVERYBODY SUCKS!!" the link to this will be on the top menu.

Made the top menu an external thing so it's easier to edit in the near future and remains consistent throughout all pages of the website.
All I did was put the star gif into the top menu thing with java magic
