it has come to my attention that the wispy stuff in the air in poland is not dandelion fuzz but is in fact poplar fluff. i feel like i need to redraw parts of 7:21 to gdańsk to reflect this

i have been feeling icky about using this feed because it's feeling a bit too social media-y lately - i'll be turning off my comments here in favor of directing conversation to my email and guestbook. i'd love to chat through my actual site rather than on this feed :) see you over there

7:21 TO GDAŃSK's gallery premiere has come to a close! it was so cool getting to talk with so many other artists and art lovers about the story and process. the comic is now available in full for you to read on my site. enjoy!

tonight is the finissage for the exhibition that premiered my first longform comic, "7:21 to Gdańsk." i'll be giving a presentation about the work to an audience and talking about what inspired it. i've yet to share this comic on my site but i'll post it up tomorrow if anyone would like to read it :)
