minor edit + housekeeping (finally got rid of a weird error with neocities trying and failing to delete a file that didn't exist)

^ the fix btw was deleting through the neocities cli (NOT git) -> creating the files on the web gui -> doing the usual git commit so the online version mirrors the local and the files are actually truly deleted

also still constantly housekeeping lmao. for some reason the cli wasn't pruning properly and then deleting the redundancy broke some links etc. thank you deadlinkchecker dot com
