Going to a Jfashion swap meet today, hopefully I can re-start my aristo wardrobe but I'm not sure. the local community seems to be more into sweet lolita and fairy kei, which i have nothing against, but i lovelovelove darker aesthetics and don't like to crossdress ;_;

Just the phenomenon of how people will see a bandman on Pinterest and decide they're the #1 fan, despite not actually knowing anything about the music or the bandman. That or they comment "Band name? / What's her social media?" on cosplay photos from 2008/always asking if something is Mana LOL. I think the worst offender I ever saw was calling Uyuni from Pinokiwo "OMG Mana-sama with Sonic!!"

Tried using bluesky, couldn't get into it. Don't let it deter you though, it's great for keeping up with specific circles if you're all consistent about using it, just like on here.

I just made plans for a lolita meet for next month as a gothic aristo/ouji. I get it, most comms are sweet-saturated and because a lot of them like to follow themes, I often get excluded LOL

i almost got run over twice on the way home and i got stranded on the side of the highway long after this. im so glad its over but i had fun and made a new friend. i got some really good photos too, ill try to write and post about it tomorrow but i migh tbe too tired tbh sob
