woe, mobile formatting for the CSS pack pages upon ye! it pulls from a central stylesheet so all future css pack pages will automatically have it :3
ope i also unfucked the formatting for the style savvy shrine, now it looks a little more unique and the mobile format works again. now to actually put content in this thang lolol
