Probably because I announced that I would be unfollowing a lot of people. They probably then checked to see if I unfollowed them and then got upset and unfollowed me back lol. Not a huge deal, I don't really care. But if you do care about your follower count, don't tell everyone that you're going to be unfollowing people haha.
Yes. It’s out of a misguided sense of hope that their works will conform to my expectations of what I want to personally see out of what they create. Which doesn’t happen, and so I forget what entices me to their profile in the first place.
