Replaced dead links (002, 007, 008, 010, 020, 021, 022, 025, 029, 049). Added new BOTR Revival links including two new releases. Added 056, 066, 068.

+ replaced links for 052 ("A Distant Paradise"), 060 ("RARE TPAX") + 069 ("MT4M"). added backup link for 060. fixed a couple formatting issues.

i was expecting botr revival links to disappear but i wasnt counting on hollow gem's bc disappearing much less for al-90 to snip rare tpax in half for some reason
