I have a question regarding Circa 1997. Should I update it to "circa 1998" when 2023 comes around, or should i change it so 2023 is 1997, and 2022 is 1996?

made themes based on the past designs of my website. geocities theme is based on v1, 100 points to anyone who remembers that, orange glow is based on v2, 50 points to anyone who remembers that, and niftows is based on v3. no points to anyone who remembers niftows bc it was like a week ago
