I have a question regarding Circa 1997. Should I update it to "circa 1998" when 2023 comes around, or should i change it so 2023 is 1997, and 2022 is 1996?

Actually I believe it is a microblogging platform(?) with file hosting.
interrevolution is kind of like txti (but ive barely used txti so lol)
as far as i know it doesnt have file hosting but you can put images in your webpage with ![]() ( goes to a direct image url)
