btw i hope this isn't too personal, but i struggle with PMDD as well and i appreciate that you have a page about your experiences. it's such a common and life affecting thing, but there's still so much ignorance surrounding it (including from doctors??)

Really my desire for that page is to connect with others who have it and share my experiences because, like you said, there's a tonnn of ignorance surrounding it. I'm so sorry to hear that it's something you struggle with as well. It can be such a beast and the lack of support can make it even harder to deal with it tbh

aww i found a grub in my rhino beetle case, so my favorite bug left at least one baby! i feel better now (..◜ᴗ◝..) they'll live as grub/pupa for a couple years!
