btw i hope this isn't too personal, but i struggle with PMDD as well and i appreciate that you have a page about your experiences. it's such a common and life affecting thing, but there's still so much ignorance surrounding it (including from doctors??)
@elly not too personal at all, I really appreciate you commenting on it! Really my desire for that page is to connect with others who have it and share my experiences because, like you said, there's a tonnn of ignorance surrounding it. I'm so sorry to hear that it's something you struggle with as well. It can be such a beast and the lack of support can make it even harder to deal with it tbh
