are u sure ur CSS file is connected correctly to your index html in the head of the doc? I had a problem like that once, the name/path was incorrect

i geneuinely shouldbve had no reason to keep my test css file as my index css file i swear on my LIFE i chnaged it oh well im too happy its just a simple issue like that to be embarrassed tho THANK YOU
if you don't do it based on hours then you're still doing it based on hours, just pretending to ignore it! so if you sel;l layouts for $25 and they usually take 3 hours, you are working at below minimum wage, whether you like it or not. just because you ignore the hour amount, doesn't mean you're not spending those hours on it. btw this doesn't mean "charge client per hour," it just means to estimate beforehand.
