I still can't find out how to respond to replies on updates so I'll just comment here, thank you so much for the comments! :D And sorry I didn't see it for so long! For that specific section on behavior I was referring to rudimentary tool use, like crows. But gastroliths are also common too, and sometimes they just eat sand as well! :)

ooh, "Some have learned to use rocks or shell plates to help them break down their food before eating" Is that like a bird's crop of grit, or do they use the rocks and shells more like tools?
