i made a mistake dressing like weird al does so much because now when i do a weird al costume everyone just thinks i put on a stupid wig and some glasses

still a little confused why neocities got blocked by my school... and then it got unblocked - specifically why they decided to unblock it. Like, did they decide it's an educational site because it says "learn" at the top? Can I do that do make my site educational? Add a "learn" section to it?
