Good post! I definitely don't like that kind of "sell yourself" vibe that permeates everything these days. Even from a purely cold calculating perspective, is authenticity and stuff something that is worthless? Sure feels like it is to so many people. Right now, I don't worry about coming up with blog ideas. Pretty much everything I have in my blog, even the stupidly long posts are just things I felt writing about.

Do the feel passionate > write words > hit POST thing long enough, and you'll eventually have a blog full of fun stuff!
