for some reasons my marquees dont work well anymore? liek the stamp and the button ones are extremely delayed what do i do hlp

the marquee element has been deprecated, so issues are likely to occur. i've just been using translatex for my marquees (this is the code i use: https://shinyexe.neocities.org/marq.css)
