Finally got around to adding a proper Shrines page! No shrines are available currently though, so it's just placceholders... but they'll be there soon!

currently working on making my website more accessible! biggest change is the move to semantic HTML and some alt text stuff
NOTE: it is not complete and there is some visual issues with the resources sections. I'm working on it. also i flipped the nav bar over to the left, thoughts?
