Have optimized different pages for bigger displays, put gif toggles on review pages, and I also figured out how to toggle animated backgrounds on and off!

Y'know at first I was gonna be mad that the layout for the blog page is a little off on a larger display but I don't think I'm gonna fix it actually because the way the containers are kind of askew goes a little hard. Like it doesn't look bad
