i am very ill. things are not well. i struggled today to open the caps to my water bottles. i am very scared. hopefully i can go to the doctor's tomorrow. please forgive me for not responding or updating. i am praying to God to be by my bedside, i am very scared. all my tears and prayers go to everyone for good health.
