new not found page!!!!!!!!!!!! i totally didnt steal this from the neocities not found page and am not using this as a placeholder for a better not found page
html wasnt changed but morrorseer was changed to morrorseer-changed3 and then i just created another page on this account called morrorseer

dinhe's webring currently seems to not work, i'm thinking of putting it on a different page for now and then when it finally does work again i'll put it back

fixed the about:blank url, the title bar just says "cannot find server" but im too lazy to fix it lmao
