As someone who uses Pale Moon with a boatload of privacy extensions + a VPN + Tor (occasionally), I share your frustration with cloudflare and google and their wretched CAPTCHAs. It vexes me how even some otherwise rational people defend these sorts of anti-privacy measures by saying that it defends against hackers and other bad actors. This is the same justification used for every fascist anti-privacy measure.
@koshka i'm def not knowledgable enough to know how "necessary" it is, but it's def annoying enough that i have to skip over any site that makes me do it lol
