really need to figure out how to import my header and footer from external files, since i feel like i'd be fucking with them a lot. at least the footer, anyway.

no idea how i managed to make it so my header and footer's imported from a seperate file, but now i can't get it to work on the new design. any ideas?

try using the marquee element. it probably won't help, but it looks cool.

I'm having an aneurysm trying to figure out how to get my footer to stick to the bottom of the page (NOT the bottom of the viewport, ffs), without it having a massive amount of space either at the bottom or before the footer causing it to scroll when it doesn't need to
