@ the comment about gore -- yeah, I understand that! The problem is, I'm an enjoyer of horror that many Christians would consider to be "glorifying" it (i.e. zombies, ghosts, obscene monsters etc etc) so I'm not really sure what to say in the rules still. I mean, there's bad horror (snuff films) and good horror but Idk if a lot of Christians are aware of that distinction or even think it matters. :/

New layout finished! It's still a teeny bit hodged podged but I like it. Also someone on my guestbook said "saying heavy gore is an exception to nsfw is absolutely insane, i don’t understand how you can call yourself moral or christian and be okay with that kinda stuff!" and I've gotten that kind of blow-back a LOT (one guy told me I'm a devil worshipper XD) so expect a post talking about -

Although actually maybe I should change the wording on the rules anyway since I meant moreso "extreme horror" rather than "the most awful bloody array you've ever laid eyes on." And that's a pretty reasonable complaint _(:з)∠)_

With stuff like gore, I think it depends on the intent, like "displaying the horrors of war to make a point about why war is awful", which is much different than glorifying such things. It might be worth clarifying in the rules.

I'm getting a strong urge to completely redo my website once again. Now that I know a little bit more code, I'm annoyed by how hodge-podged the background image is. And I don't want to have to redo the image in order to move things around...

I hyperfocused a little too close to the sun but I wrote a pretty foundational piece of my Thesis. I wrote. 8 pages in one sitting. It's not reviewed yet (I'm having it reviewed by both my teacher and Dr. Collender himself) so it's probably very messy. Also, could not find a text-to-HTML converter which would convert italics. sadge.

I'm sorry to hear that and I agree. There's not a whole lot of spaces for Christians. However, we knew this would not be an easy road from the beginning, and you're doing the right thing. Keep being the salt and light, and speaking truth in love.

And I think another thing is whether enjoying horror makes you not-a-Christian, since that's really what the rules are for. Are you a Christian on the internet? Welcome to the webring! Idk if I should really dictate anything else besides things that are legitimately signs of someone being not in the Faith.
That's a good point! I wasn't entirely sure how I'd clarify it myself without adding complication to the rules. ^^; In any case, I do think you have the right approach.
