Neocities.org
Anyone else having problems with Neocities looking all glitchy and not loading images, stylesheets, etc. properly most of the time? I mean the Neocities site itself, not my own site.

I do from time to time but it's usually b/c my modem/router has been clogged up with crap. You might try unplugging your router for 30 secs and then letting it boot back up.

No prob. It also happens sometimes on Firefox when I've got other things open that require more resources - Facebook, or a Youtube video playing, or somesuch. Chrome seems to manage those resources better...I suppose I should use it more but I'm just a Firefox kinda guy. :P
same actually! When I run out of data and my connection speed plummets to 2g, or when I have a lot of things going on, the site loads really crummy. Like the CSS gets thrown out of whack.
