dude spends half the year following all the active neocities users he can find, hits upon a transphobe, and starts playing "imagine world peace" when people start blocking him XD i think the original thing had to do with vivarism using bulltown's profile to dispute a rape accusation from another user.

the problem started when joe took a sympathetic angle and didn't back down from it even after learning that vivarism is a FART. instead he started going on about "division is ruining our culture", yikes.
