While I agree with the general premise, especially when it comes to synthetic materials, glazing ceramics in a kiln and glassblowing seem relatively similar in the amount of effort involved. And glazing is necessary if you want to hold a liquid. Burnishing is an alternative, but it also requires some firing.
I don't like to explain my writings, but to explain about the last poem for people who have never read Japanese literature, "The moon is beautiful" means "I love you". Directly because of Natsume Soseki. Indirectly because if the two didn't love each other, they wouldn't go for a walk at night and see the moon together. Came here again just to write this.

I have completed writing poems inspired by mercury "☿" = "O apeiron" + "+ body" + ") moon". Because spring is the season of mercury. Each poem is about cherry blossom, mirror, crescent. Though I don't know whether those are any good.

Good stuff trismegistus. Seeing these yearly transformations within the The Man of Signs reminds me to be mindful of how they play out alchemically within our own bodies.
