Lovin' the Nordiques tee! Although it's Quebec Nordiques, not Montreal Nordiques (they were based in Quebec City). The logo on this particular tee has the Colorado Avalanche colors, meaning it's probably a kind of a homage merch.

oops lol. yea it's the Avalanche's reverse retro jersey which is the Nordiques pattern but in the Aves colors
