Happy August :) I mainly decided to minimize my use of Javascript on my site as my site is mostly writings and doesnt really need it I realize, My homepage has very little of it, and only my guestbook and Fighting Game Mains page have it to properly function, I also updated my links page, and did a silly little quiz for fun.

I also took note that Neocities updated to have 5 site thumbnails as opposed to 3 when uploading html files, thats nice, though I wish there was a way you could just, set the "main" big thumbnail per upload.

anyone have any experience with using an XMPP client/chatting on a server? i got curious about it so im currently pending on account creation, also wondering specifically if the xmpp provider matters much.

I run my own XMPP server. As long as you use OMEMO encryption, it shouldn't matter what provider you use. Some servers do make registration easier or might have more uptime than others, but that's it. Chatting is done just like in any regular old chat client: you add people by ID (user@server.xyz) and join group chats by invitation or by ID.

yeah alright, thanks for the info, i registered for a disroot account for xmpp, but if i find i use xmpp frequently enough, i'll also look into self hosting :)

i went to a conventioned and played alot of fighting games with people which rocked, and labbed a bunch of blazblue and persona the day after, so theres a bunch of new clips in the fg clips page

While It seems It's taking a bit for neocities to reflect it, I redesigned my site again, things have been changed and added and etc, notably, I added a Now Page for my site.
