it's validating to know i'm not the only one who's ever racked up thousands of updates thru the neocities editor. i know it's meaningless but i'm a little insecure about it. hoping to one day figure out github and do everything thru there too
don't be insecure, the update number shows you've put a lot of love and effort into your site! if you're like me and you like seeing the page change every time you update your code, i really suggest you get visual studio code. i might write a quick tutorial on this as it doesn't require interaction with github at all :)
