Excellent writing once again. A few possible errors: "starting through and beyond" instead of "staring" and a possible extra and in "and and the man stood over"? I laughed at the "what I'm going to do is decompose" line until I looked down and saw you were talking about the mathematiocs. For some reason that just sounds like a hilarious expression of desperation.
I adored the opening parts of this write-up especially. Very eloquently written. I sort of feel sometimes as if I am reading the diary of some mathematics-obsessed madman in an old timey classical novel. I mean that in a very positive way, just so you know. (:
