BUG BLOG BUG BLOG BUG BLOG π¦π¦π¦ i did a little research and it's possibly a juvenile leafhopper (G. octolineata is the only one i could find on wikipedia)
I saw a similar gif yesterday of a leafhopper nymph on Reddit, so that's what my guess is!
You two were on the right track with the leafhopper guesses! I've done some digging around and have identified it as a Privet Leafhopper Nymph (Fieberiella florii)
