I agree with the reason given for the low reading rate, the prose was just too dense and winding for me, sorry... I'm still reading it right now

the wrap-up is great! it's eye opening to see the reading rate though.. (｡ꏿ﹏ꏿ) i haven't forgotten about bookbug and hope to participate again soon!

@ondine totally get your point! a book club is nice to discover new authors, even when we find out it's not our taste haha~ hope you enjoy the next book more! :)

Hey, I've been meaning to thank you guys for the review spotlight! It was so unexpected lol! I've been in job interview hell, so it was a pleasant surprise for sure, especially since I'm just starting to get myself to read again. Thanks again!
