at the core of every spiritual belief system is love, pass the symbols are we actually *that* much different from one another

its all about love!! i had a classmate tell me i was gonna burn in hell when i was a really young child and if it weren't for my mum who actually knows what she's talking about then i would've been straight up traumatised. idk why we're conditioned to be so cruel when it comes to religion even as children

@sclptures im glad your mom was there for you! it can be really tough when your beliefs are demonized by the cultural standard but like minded people keep us anchored in my experience

@axa haha yea. my mum & family are huge role models for me because i've been raised knowing that religion isnt the strict & punishing thing that some people say it is. of course there's ground rules like don't kill anyone & love thy neighbour etc. but fearmongering won't get us anywhere, we all have different lifestyles. live and let live i'd say
