getting a diagnosis from the doctor always gives me mixed feelings its nice to know whats wrong but its also disappointing that there is something wrong

i also blame the winter, but I think it's also that this community kinda fosters people who tend to be lonley and use the internet as an outlet (at least thats what I'm doing)
